FRI-DATE Chronicles: Gaudi
There’s no better way to cap off a stressful week than with a hearty dinner of what we have been dying to eat the past few days which were, Paella (for me) and Steak (for JodiesDaddy). These dishes led to tonights restaurant of choice: Gaudi
We started with some bread dipped in complimentary olive oil and balsamic vinegar and paired with some country cheese (no photos).
And for our main dish, we shared a Paella Negra and 730grams of Angus Prime Rib steak, cooked and grilled in a Spanish way.
Gaudi was the perfect choice for our Fri-date. It hit the spot, satisfying our food cravings.. Makes me wonder where we will end up next week 🙂
