I am not kidding when I say that this Angus Tapa (a Filipino dish of dried/cured beef) from Jam Foods is one of the best tapa’s I’ve ever had. It’s as thin as bacon and can be cooked to be as crunchy too!
Best served with garlic rice (which was cooked in the fat/oil of the tapa… YUUUMM!!
Now, I’m hungry.
