Brunch at Maximilien’s

This deserved its own post.

For my second day in Seattle, we went to the very, very famous Pike Place Market for brunch.

Tucked inside is Maximilien’s which did not disappoint!

Not only was the view spectacular, but the food was also!  On Sunday’s they only served items from the Le Brunch menu for lunch.  I went out of my box and ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict.  It was the first time I ever had and Eggs Benedict and it was so, so, sooooo good!  The hollandaise and salmon were both to die for.  It was a bit on the salty side, but I liked it that way.

This Eggs Benedict set the bar high.  I hope I get to find another one equally good here in Manila.  Any suggestions?
