The first was this healthy, meatless taco salad from Chimara. It was served with veggie meat, taco chips and a mango dressing.
The next was this awesome Thai Pepper Chicken Chop from Captain Pepper. I loved the lime (or was it cilantro) flavor it had and another plus was that the chicken was crispy and still juicy on the inside.
